This one's kind of tricky for me to vote on. It depends on what kind of game is going on.
Close game with a lot of solid action? I wouldn't be opposed to a shootout. Detroit/Chicago from last season is a good example. Now that was one hell of a game. Yes, there was a shootout, but it didn't wreck what happened throughout.
Now if it was a high-scoring game, I wouldn't want to see it finished off any other way than a tie and/or OT.

It just seems gimmicky to me, why settle a team game with a 1 on 1 skills test? There's the magic of strategy now, which didn't happen a few years ago. Remember, coaches were jotting down names of players before starting. Now curveballs are thrown with people jumping off of the bench in no particular order. I'm hoping this 3-on-3 thing works for the league, so that there are fewer of those curveballs thrown. League's going to do random 3-on-3s in the preseason, just to see what it's going to be like. (Regardless of score.)

With so much speed and skill infused in today's youth, that 3-on-3 should look awesome.

He's one of the few Bruins you don't have to worry about being traded. Its so true. Even if we found a team that would take him 1/2 retained for futures, he could still block it because of his NTC. What a joke.

Mmmm we do like those overpaid veterans who make no significant difference. How does a 2018 2nd rounder sound. Gave up a 2017 3rd for Rinaldo, seems like that is about the right value
