Ok just so I have this clear. The line of Hall-RNH-LD has combined for 13 pts in the 2 games they have played together since LD's call up, and you want to move LD to the third line and replace him with Hendricks when both Hendricks and Eberle are healthy?  Well I don't see Hendricks getting Lander scoring and the lack of scoring from the depth lines is a concern. Plus Draisaitl is not going to continue to put these kinds of points for an extended period of time. Lander isn't there to score. Needs to win draws and play a solid defensive role which he has struggled with. The depth lines not scoring isn't fixed by subtracting scoring from the top line in the hopes that the third line will pick up the slack. Hendricks doesn't belong anywhere near an NHL first line. |
