What's everyone doing for the American Thanksgiving next week? I'll be heading back up to Michigan to spend some time with my dad and his family.

Driving to Washington State to spend time with my family. Thanksgiving is sort of a yearly family reunion for us. 50+ people, can get close to 70 people if extended family and guests arrive. Everyone cooks something, and we have food from multiple cultures. Not to mention enough alcohol to get the entire Irish nation piss drunk. Good times, going to be fat next week.

My family is rather disjointed. We do the family reunion thing on July 4th. How long a drive do you have ahead of you? I got 11 1/2 hours to Traverse City.

Come visit me in Grand Forks in late January/early February, plenty of snow to go around. Yeah, I wish that were feasible. I love snow. I hate 85+ weather. I miss the North so fucking much. As annoying as ice and snow are, it makes me a very happy person to have both for 3-5 months
