The addition of Sharp really bolsters the Stars' offense, but do they have enough on the back end to make the playoffs. Will we see a lot of 6-5 games because their goal tending is questionable.
Will Tyler Seguin finally break the Guinness world record for longest motorboat on boobs bigger than his head?

Niemi and Lehtonen would be an amazing tandem if this was 2010. They may score a shit ton, but they have no defense to speak of and Nill needs to pull some strings to get defense. St Johns does look pretty good though. |

True, which is why I'm surprised they held on to Leightonen. Thought they would have explored a trade with retained salary or bought him out. |

True, which is why I'm surprised they held on to Leightonen. Thought they would have explored a trade with retained salary or bought him out. Trade him to the Bruins for Seidenberg. Boom. If KL came over at 1/2 salary and they took all of Seidenbergs that would certainly be a start. Would rather the B's get Franson, but its looking less and less likely by the day. |

Unless you are Boston, in which case young talent hardly ever gets to a bridge deal. They just get dealt to other teams. Boston is where you go to get cheap young talent.
