We made 4 roster cuts last night.... Rumpel was assigned to the Cudas. Chartier, Roy, and Sadowy assigned back to their junior teams. Jeremy.  |

Yeah Chartier's going to be another Tierney type....but I think Chartier will be a better defensive player though. But yeah he was most definitely our most improved prospect last season with the breakout year he had for the Rockets. |

In 35 games (I think) he's never scored on the person whom he grew up shooting against and would know better than any other goalie.  |

His goal totals would probably be doubled if it wasn't for all the bullshit no-goals or turnover decisions because he was so effective at screening. He was definitely a favorite of mine too. Draper was a god to me growing up too. That Grind Line though... |

I'm glad they sent them down. They have no chance of making the Sharks right now. The preseason is already over for the WHL. Get the kids to their teams so they can start acclimating and get ready to put together good final campaigns in the junior leagues.

I'm glad they sent them down. They have no chance of making the Sharks right now. The preseason is already over for the WHL. Get the kids to their teams so they can start acclimating and get ready to put together good final campaigns in the junior leagues. Agreed. Its almost detrimental to wait to send down the junior players until near the end of preseason. Its one thing if it was the AHL they were going to as most of those preseason camps haven't even froze the ice yet for their training camps. |

They're already 4-5 games in. So, by the time Meier gets back to the Moose they be 6-8 games in already. the WHL just kicked off last night and Kelowna's first game is Saturday so that's all good. Chartier won't miss a game. Sadowy already played in the OHL opening night last night. |
