If Pat Kane is worth 10.5 then I would gladly pay Gio 7.5 everyday of the wek. Depends on the term. He will be 33 when that extension starts. How long do you want to sign a 33 year old who has not been durable to a 7.5 million dollar extension. I think if he was 28 the Flames would have already backed up the truck for him. Good point, I'd give him 5 years at that term. |

To me that's their big weakness, the forward group they have no possession players. It wouldn't suprise if they miss the playoffs because of it. |

Frolik was a huge signing for them imo. Frolik's cool i like him alot but even he's a fringe second line player. He'll definitely help the possession game but how much is the question. The Flames are a dreadful possession team. Sorry i'm going all analytical on you. |
