You'd think some offer of Ebs/Yak + Schultz/Fayne/Gryba + Davidson/2nd/3rd could get it done (even as an overpayment). If I'm the Oil I'm willing to move all of those pieces (not together) for someone like Hamonic. huge overpay I agree that could be turned into an obvious huge overpay (Ebs + Schultz + 2nd) but it could also be adjusted to be not enough (Yak + Fayne + 3rd). My point was that if I'm PC these are the pieces I'm willing to part with to acquire Hamonic, so I'd start discussing a deal from there and see how much would be necessary to just get it done now. Then I would decide if the decided upon deal is worth it or not given the current situation and potential pieces coming back. |
