Ok. I'm beginning to not like Blashill that much. The Wings have played pretty badly since the Thanksgiving holiday and things are getting worse. I was blaming it mostly on the players like Zetterberg, Kronwall, Nyquist, etc.. for not showing up. But what is really worrying me now is that Blashill hasn't changed up the top three lines really since Datsyuk returned.
Larkin - Zetterberg - Abdelkader
Richards - Datsyuk - Helm
Tatar - Sheahan - Nyquist
Normally this looks good, but only if they're producing. Which we haven't been. Tatar and Nyquist, who, in my opinion are top six wingers, have been logging less minutes than players like Helm and Abby. That's not a good thing when we're not scoring. Drop Helm/Abby down with Sheahan and put Tatar on the second and Nyquist on the first. Or put the Eurotwins together. Do SOMETHING instead of sitting by.
Also, quit playing that bust that is Howard.
