How's work going? I took a vacation day for two interviews today. Its pretty busy. Business has been steadily crazy the past couple months. Summer is a busy time anyways, but our summer got started early this year. Lots of money going through our door which is good. Had to hire another engineer just to keep up. My next vacation isnt until the beginning of august, and its only 3 days. Been doing 6-7 day weeks, over 12 hours a day. |

How's work going? I took a vacation day for two interviews today. Its pretty busy. Business has been steadily crazy the past couple months. Summer is a busy time anyways, but our summer got started early this year. Lots of money going through our door which is good. Had to hire another engineer just to keep up. My next vacation isnt until the beginning of august, and its only 3 days. Been doing 6-7 day weeks, over 12 hours a day. Shit, man. I get three weeks at this job and I used to work 70 hours a week. Now I'm down to 35-40 by my own measure due to the new salary-overtime rules of the current administration. |

Working in my level of 2ork, you don't get much time around the holidays. But good news is, I got a new job.  1 of 10 before you retire! I give this one 5 months. |

I give this one 5 months. I'm not keeping this one forever, its one of those deal with jobs until I find that niche for me. Thats one of the things I hate about this town. People like me with two associates and most of a bachelors are either too qualified for the fun, shitty paying jobs or are not qualified enough for the other side of the spectrum. There's not much out there in this city for the $40-60k range.  |
