Hello everyone. I need some input from you guys on what you would like to see in the design of the trophy. I have the ability to draw it up, and manufacture it provided we are able to pool money for the design. Here is what I have so far: The base of the trophy will be a large cube, big enough to put approximately 12 nameplates on each side (48 total with all 4 sides). The winner of the fantasy league will get their name, and the year (and maybe something else if you guys want) engraved on the name plate and attached to the trophy each year. On top of the large cube, will be a smaller cube (approximately 2/3 the size of the bigger one) which will have an engraved plate on it that says Hockey Stuff Forum Fantasy League Champion (or something like that) on one of the sides. The very top of the trophy we need to decide on the kind of ornament we want. Attaching this is fairly simple but I suggest just buying one instead of designing it and milling it out of metal or something. I suggest we make the cube pieces out of a hard wood, with a nice stain finish on it. Below is a pic of something similar to what it could look like, (except ours will be taller most likely. Need some feedback, all input is appreciated in helping me design it. Essentially how this works is when we get a design down, I will draw it up in a technical drawing program I have at work (SolidWorks), and I have permission to mill it out on one of our CNC machines. Ill do the programming and whatnot for it, but I need to know what I am designing first.

I think the trophy should be something you want to win. Unless it's some God awful trophy the last place finisher gets I do agree. I kind of like the idea of some guy in a recliner, all out of shape with a hockey helmet and gloves on, but no pants what so ever. I like this idea for a topper. Put a hockey guy trophy topper in an oversized beer mug. If it's a hockey trophy you have to be able to drink out of it.

But yeah, I do like the oversized beer mug
