oh yeah I would take a shot at Bergy too, he would be a OEL guy to be on camp on a PTO. He would get a contract for sure I know his offensive production dropped last year only had 9 goals and he just didn't fit with the Wild after being traded, but dudes always been an excellent possession player and to me that's just gold for the bottom 6 having those high possession players. and plays either Wing. Guy can find a spot anywhere in the roster if Injuries hit. When your team doesn't have OEL depth, those duel position guys are worth so much more than just offensive production. |

But yeah in all seriousness Tlusty's the better player bigger four years younger and right inthe prime of his career. It is kinda shocking that he hasn't been signed by any team yet. |

Tlusty, Franson and a couple of others. Brad Boyes would be an OK depth option. Heck some of these guys would probably take less than 1M after a PTO. If you can get a guy to sign a contract for less than 1M its worth it. Worst comes to worst, you bury him in the minors to hide his salary. Crazy that there is still some mid-tier talent out there that havent gotten good offers yet. I'm fairly certain guys like Franson and Erhoff have gotten offers but are holding out for term and $ |
