 What're you up to? Getting ready to get off work here in an hour and hit the gym. 2 hour workout then im going to pump some whiskey and beer into my system. I swear I put my body through some extremes. |

I wouldn't give him ANYTHING but I'd give him a good $5-6 mil for one year (if we can make cap space).

I wouldn't give him ANYTHING but I'd give him a good $5-6 mil for one year (if we can make cap space). He isn't worth 6. Maybe the high 4's.. like 4.65 or 4.75. No point in doing a single year either, unless you can trade him at the TDL after making him look phenomenal in the regular season up until that point. |

I wouldn't give him ANYTHING but I'd give him a good $5-6 mil for one year (if we can make cap space). He isn't worth 6. Maybe the high 4's.. like 4.65 or 4.75. Nikitin isn't worth 4.5, Ference isn't worth 3.75, neither is Jultz... but here we are. I don't understand why a one year is "no point"... not like we're giving up assets to get him. Single year gives you time to ensure Griff and Nurse don't get thrown to the wolves and the team makes some badly needed progress. If he wants to stay for a reasonable hit later it's a starting point. Plus I'll note that your highest offer is only 0.25 m off from my low point... not a big difference. |

I'm just hoping you guys don't overpay for him. The lower the cost, the better the trade can be at the TDL. But you're right, our offers aren't far off, but I'm a big of a stickler for amounts, even that small of a difference.  |
