If you're Tampa, no way you trade him until the Stankos situation resolves itself. If Stamkos signs, Drouin could be a very attractive piece to get someone to eat a contract they don't want. Think Drouin and Carle for a 1st.

Wouldnt mind seeing him in Boston. I feel like Cooper has a lot to do with Drouin's request. I dont understand it at all. Every single time I have seen Drouin play on Stamkos' wing there have been an abundance of scoring chances and they are always dangerous. Now that team faces a situation where they are likely to lose both Drouin and Stamkos in consecutive summers unless they pull something out of their ass to keep one or both of them. |
